Who we are
MADNEEL VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED ("Madneel", "we") operates madneel.com and the Madneel Women and Madneel Kids brands. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
When you join the early-access list, subscribe, contact us or place an order we collect your name, email, mobile number, shipping address and order details. We also receive payment confirmation from Razorpay — we never see or store your full card or UPI details.
How we use it
To deliver orders, send order and launch updates you asked for, answer your messages, prevent fraud and improve the site. Referral links only record that a friend joined through you.
Sharing
We share data only with the partners needed to run Madneel: payment (Razorpay), email/SMS delivery, shipping carriers and hosting. We do not sell your data.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for sign-in and your bag, and basic analytics to understand traffic.
Your rights
Email us any time to access, correct or delete your data, or to unsubscribe from launch updates.
