Exchanges
Free size exchange on your first Madneel order. Further exchanges are subject to availability.
Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after pickup and quality check. Razorpay may take an additional 2–3 days to reflect the amount.
Pre-order cancellations
Cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund — just write to us with your order number.
Damaged or wrong items
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.
